What you will do

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Configure and maintain infrastructure including OS, webservers, VMs, Docker, Bitbucket, and networking.
• Monitor systems, resolve incidents, and ensure uptime, especially during US EST hours.
• Handle security updates and hardening for servers and applications.
• Mentor teams and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Daily English communication with stakeholders and C-Level.
• Proficiency in Python, Jenkins, shell scripting, Docker, and OS tasks.
• Experience with VM management.
• Familiarity with IaC, security best practices, AWS, automation, and AI.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience in Bioinformatics or biology.
• Fluent English.
