Senior DevOps Engineer (Voice)

What you will do

• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to deploy and maintain application infrastructure.
• Develop and support tooling for streamlined product deployment and maintenance.
• Manage deployments using GitHub, Jenkins, and Chef across environments.
• Handle in-house and third-party application support, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Build automation pipelines for deployments and maintenance.
• Manage Linux servers via command line and create monitoring dashboards/alerts in Grafana with Prometheus.
• Document processes, participate in on-call incident resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps Engineering or related field.
• Strong Linux OS knowledge and command-line proficiency.
• Experience with Chef or similar for server/application automation.
• Design/implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Understanding of networking (DNS, TCP/UDP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Scripting in Bash, Ruby, Python, or Go.
• Foundational security best practices.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes and Helm templating.
• Real-time voice/video protocols (SIP, RTP).
• AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Ansible.
• Experience with globally distributed remote teams.
