TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Designing and evolving a multi-cloud production platform powering Java microservices and ML workloads with an accent on infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, and high-scale reliability. Focus on building resilient CI/CD pipelines, optimizing multi-region Kubernetes clusters, and solving complex production troubleshooting challenges.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv

What you will do

  • Design and operate a multi-cloud Kubernetes platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure using Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD.
  • Develop and scale CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo Workflows.
  • Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks including Datadog, Coralogix, Sentry, and Wiz.
  • Solve high-scale production issues and drive security upgrades across the fleet without impacting live tenants.
  • Optimize GitOps workflows to ensure safe and efficient production deployments across regions.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Product teams to drive platform architecture and delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering with deep AWS expertise.
  • Strong production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Proficiency in IaC and GitOps tools like Terraform and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with monitoring stacks such as Datadog, Coralogix, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Scripting fluency in Python, bash, or Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of Linux systems, including DNS, iptables, and systemd.

Nice to have

  • Experience with big-data infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Java/JVM services.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP/Azure).
