What you will do

• Act as the regional brand guardian for the GCC, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency in all initiatives.
• Develop and execute the Country Brand Plan to drive awareness, consideration, and long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between PR, creators, partnerships, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Localize global campaigns while leading region-specific activations and partnerships.
• Build strategic relationships with government stakeholders, fitness communities, and influencers.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, EMV) to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in brand or regional marketing, preferably within consumer technology, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent in Arabic is a must.
• Deep understanding of GCC markets, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior in UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across media and experiential channels.
• Fluency in English.
