What you will do

• Execute acquisition strategies across GCC markets to meet FTD and revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, and SEO.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, and publishers.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPA, ROI, and LTV.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, BI, and Compliance teams to improve conversion.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of driving FTD growth across GCC markets.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commercial models.
• Fluent English and Arabic are required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
