What you will do

• Design, prototype, and ship features across the full stack using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable.
• Develop and evolve the frontend of the compliance engine using TypeScript and NextJS.
• Contribute to NestJS backend services and integrate AI capabilities via Amazon Bedrock and Claude.
• Implement AI-first user experiences, including dashboards and feedback loops for AI-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to transform complex regulatory logic into intuitive product flows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building modern web applications with TypeScript, React, and NextJS.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools and experience working with autonomous coding agents.
• Ability to step into backend code, APIs, and AI integrations.
• Strong design sensibility and deep care for UX when surfacing technical behavior.
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment with fast iteration and limited structure.
