What you will do
- Lead the migration of the marketing site and customer funnels from Webflow to a self-hosted frontend built on Next.js, Vercel, and Payload CMS.
- Architect dynamic, programmatic landing page templates for high-value VIP accounts with tailored assets and metrics.
- Implement robust in-platform tracking to provide sales teams with total visibility into account activity.
- Integrate event data and user traits from PostHog and outbound tools directly into Salesforce CRM.
- Build and maintain the growth experimentation infrastructure.
- Design, launch, and analyze complex server-side A/B tests to optimize conversion loops.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building complex technical projects independently from scratch.
- Deep technical mastery of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Direct experience with modern headless CMS tools like Payload CMS or Strapi.
- Strong proficiency with Vercel, including Edge Middleware, Edge Functions, and CDN-level routing.
- Advanced knowledge of event tracking architectures using PostHog, Mixpanel, or Segment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.

- Experience managing data flows into enterprise CRMs, specifically Salesforce.
