Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year

hirify.global is building a next-generation collaborative scheduling platform to help the construction industry identify delays and improve project efficiency.

What you will do

• Design and implement new features in a cross-functional process collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using NestJS, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop user-facing frontend components using Vue 3 and Tailwind.
• Contribute to the overall system architecture and infrastructure design.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement software development, infrastructure, and deployment best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin or able to work hybrid (2+ days/week in office).
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Solid engineering fundamentals with proficiency in TypeScript and clean code practices.
• Ability to flexibly switch between frontend and backend tasks.
• Understanding of technical trade-offs regarding scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience and proactivity in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of REST and Websockets.
