TL;DR

GTM Engineer (AI): Designing, scaling, and evolving the automation and integration ecosystem to drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth with an accent on AI-first systems architecture and cross-functional execution. Focus on building multi-step AI agent pipelines, integrating LLM-powered automation, and optimizing the end-to-end GTM stack.

Location: Hybrid in New York City Metropolitan Area (3 days onsite per week)

Salary: $120,000 - $139,000

What you will do

  • Design and evolve the GTM systems infrastructure to increase pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
  • Embed AI agents and LLM-powered automation for prospect research, content personalization, and workflow orchestration.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to optimize funnel data flow and surface actionable pipeline insights.
  • Maintain and scale integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zapier, 6sense, Clay, and GA4.
  • Architect automated workflows for events, webinars, and demo routing to eliminate manual handoffs.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and models to replace manual processes and enrich data pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or analytical background preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience building GTM, growth, or revenue systems in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience designing AI-first systems and multi-step AI agent pipelines.
  • Proficiency in practical prompt engineering to produce production-grade outputs from LLMs.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay).
  • Must be located in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
