Salary: $160,100 - $236,990 per annum (USD)

What you will do
- Lead custom solution programs for hyperscale cloud data center customers.
- Own complete program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Drive development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release phases.
- Monitor program performance against schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams in a matrixed organization.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications at all levels.
- Identify risks, lead mitigation, and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related + 10+ years experience; or Masterβs + 7+ years.
- Minimum 5 years in program management within semiconductor industry.
- Proven leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer-facing skills to build trust and drive alignment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for complex technical concepts.
- Advanced risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
