What you will do

• Handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls and assess claims according to policy terms and conditions.
• Provide empathetic support to clients who have been involved in road traffic incidents.
• Liaise with internal departments and external companies to effectively process claim notifications.
• Monitor and manage claims to ensure all services are provided within agreed timescales and SLAs.
• Identify potential recoveries from third parties and handle complaints in line with FCA guidelines.
• Manage replacement vehicle requirements and enter relevant claim details accurately.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Liverpool, UK.
• Visa Status: Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship is provided.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make fast, informed decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient IT skills and strong attention to detail.
