What you will do
- Provide excellent customer experience by responding empathetically to feedback and complaints.
- Prioritize workload to meet KPIs and react to urgent quality challenges.
- Manage escalations and initiate investigations for complex complaints including patient safety incidents.
- Handle complaint samples and maintain accurate contact records.
- Contribute to trend monitoring and monthly summary reports to improve products and services.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
