What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer and broker inquiries.
- Resolve queries efficiently within defined timescales to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage a high volume of daily calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform high-level analysis of customer data, including meter readings and billing, to solve complex issues.
- Administer customer service activities with a focus on immediate first-contact resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems or a strong drive to learn technical tools.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester, UK office.
