What you will do

• Handle patch device shipping, receiving, processing, and data uploading via Z-trans and Zeus QA systems.
• Examine outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of data and paperwork, prepare bills of lading.
• Process incoming patches including de-kitting, patient info verification, and symptom diary entry.
• Provide customer service by troubleshooting inquiries, order fulfillment, and one-call resolution.
• Communicate inter-departmentally, report issues, and contribute to proactive projects for service improvement.
• Maintain quality system adherence and store devices/patient diaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work onsite in Bagshot (no hybrid/remote).
• Strong IT/data entry skills; proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; telephone systems experience.
• Attention to detail, accountability, good time management, and ability to work in team or independently.
• Physical ability for reaching, bending, sitting; Secondary School/College qualifications preferred (degree not required).
• Flexible with work pattern: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri (mix of 8am-5pm and 9am-5pm shifts).
