What you will do

• Validate and assess Group Protection claims against policy terms
• Gather and request medical evidence for claims
• Calculate claim benefits accurately and timely
• Manage claim requirements with internal teams and external customers
• Build relationships with intermediaries and employer clients
• Investigate claims to ensure eligibility and fair decisions
• Meet SLAs while delivering high customer experience standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team projects

Requirements

• Ability to take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Solid IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in customer service and/or administration, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and investigative skills
