What you will do
- Manage diaries for hundreds of financial advisers throughout the UK.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with clients from all demographics.
- Identify client needs to match them with the most suitable financial adviser.
- Coordinate and book appointments accurately within the CRM system.
- Liaise daily with both clients and financial advisers to ensure smooth scheduling.
Requirements
- Strong experience in client-facing roles, either face-to-face or via telephone.
- Extensive experience in high-volume call handling.
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
