What you will do

• Define and evolve the CRDN digital ecosystem reference architecture across connected systems, platforms, and services.
• Provide senior technical leadership and architectural decision authority for cross-product and cross-platform trade-offs.
• Align product teams, Global IT, and enterprise stakeholders around shared architectural direction and outcomes.
• Guide architectural approaches for software lifecycle management, connectivity, and system observability.
• Ensure ecosystem architecture supports medical device software standards, including privacy, security, and regulatory expectations.
• Promote architectural reuse and consistency to reduce fragmentation across digital products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecosystem and platform architecture at a system-of-systems level.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and provide clear recommendations in ambiguous or conflicting situations.
• Experience embedding cybersecurity, quality, and safety considerations into high-level architectural decisions.
• Strong knowledge of medical device software and system standards for risk, compliance, and verification.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, IT, and external partners.
• Must be located in or have the right to work in Ireland.
