What you will do

• Provide operational support for BAU activities on the Process Unity platform.
• Manage functional administration for Process Unity tools and systems.
• Resolve IT-related issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Handle ticket tracking, incident management, and reporting with JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Experience in an English-speaking service delivery environment; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven expertise in IT support services, especially in financial or risk environments.
• Experience delivering Business Analyst services in BAU support, familiar with LOA-related activities.
• Proficient in Process Unity, JIRA, ServiceNow for ticket and incident management.
• Adept at Microsoft Office applications.
