What you will do

• Analyze Transaction Monitoring alerts and KYC customer profiles for corporate clients.
• Search, review, and aggregate data from internal systems and databases to assess risk.
• Make informed decisions on whether to close or escalate cases based on conducted analysis.
• Prepare clear descriptions, summaries, and conclusions for compliance reporting.
• Follow internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and WIs (Work Instructions) to ensure AML/KYC standards.
• Update internal tools, including Excel and SharePoint, accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/KYC or related analyst roles.
• Good working knowledge of corporate processes and operations.
• English: B2 level (written and spoken) is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SharePoint, and other office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, or Łódź.
