Location: Remote (Poland) or Hybrid (Warsaw)
Salary: PLN 23,000 – 26,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Own commercial analytics for GTM, including pricing models, deal economics, and revenue forecasting to inform leadership decisions.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate data extraction, pattern recognition, and scenario modeling workflows.
- Build and maintain pricing frameworks and competitive benchmarking for product lines including Magicline and PerfectGym.
- Identify and size revenue levers to reduce margin leakage and unlock growth via packaging changes or cross-sell motions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on deal structuring, ROI analysis, and monetization strategy.
- Translate complex data into actionable proposals and business cases for senior management.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to build complex financial models and business cases from scratch.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, Copilots) into daily analytical and research workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL, BI platforms, and spreadsheets to synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments businesses.
- English: C1+ level required.
Nice to have
- Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and pipeline analytics using HubSpot or Salesforce.
