Location: Wroclaw, Poland. Willingness to travel 10%–50% is required.

What you will do

• Support Value Engineering activities for strategic customer and prospect accounts.
• Conduct structured research on customer business strategies, organizational structures, and financial performance.
• Map customer business challenges to hirify.global’s CloudSuite solutions.
• Generate insights and prioritize value discovery in collaboration with the Center of Excellence.
• Prepare high-quality analytical deliverables and presentations for executive engagements.
• Contribute to the value-based sales cycle through storytelling and business case support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business hirify.globalmatics, Commercial IT, Industrial Engineering, or IT/Engineering with an MBA.
• Business-fluent English and German.
• Basic knowledge of IT project management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and cloud architectures/ERP concepts.
• Understanding of business process analysis methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, REFA).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel 10%–50% depending on project needs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a Scandinavian language.
• Initial exposure to management or strategy consulting.
• Strong communication skills for future customer-facing roles.
