What you will do

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities to reduce reliance on external tools.
• Support and guide 30–40+ users as the main point of contact for CRM-related topics.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Russian: B2 level or higher required
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (setup, automation, user support) and Pipedrive.
• Several years of experience in a CRM role (e.g., CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
• Proven ability to improve processes and optimize system usage.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience building CRM processes or functions from scratch.
• Based in Warsaw.
