Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech): Ensuring stability and performance of enterprise-grade systems and APIs within a modern DevOps environment with an accent on production support, CI/CD optimization, and Infrastructure as Code. Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800 - 950 PLN/day

What you will do

• Lead incident response and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes to identify systemic issues and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor and optimize service performance, availability, and stability across critical production systems.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple APIs and services using Jenkins and Maven.
• Manage Pre-Production and Production environments to ensure configuration consistency and reliability.
• Evaluate and implement innovative DevOps tools and AI-powered solutions to improve observability and automation.
• Collaborate with Platform Operations and development teams to ensure smooth releases and shared system ownership.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible (IaC) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle and DB2.
• Knowledge of AI/ML operations (MLOps), AI agent deployments, and model serving platforms.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Basic knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, XML, JSON, and Kafka.

Nice to have

• Software development experience in Java/J2EE.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of IBM DataStage.
