What you will do

• Own and operate CI/CD systems, including GitHub Actions, runners, caching, and artifact storage.
• Analyze and optimize pipelines to reduce flakiness, implement parallelization, and improve caching strategies.
• Establish SDLC guardrails, GitHub governance, branch protections, and repo standards.
• Build tooling for release notes, changelogs, packaging, and standardized deployment processes.
• Set up pipeline health monitoring and alerting using Datadog and Prometheus.
• Drive adoption of DevEx improvements through metrics, developer surveys, and enablement sessions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a DevEx Engineer.
• Proven expertise with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Experience managing monorepo build systems and defining productivity KPIs.
• Strong ability to communicate and drive technical change within engineering organizations.
• Must be based in Warsaw for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Background in SRE, release engineering, or building developer-facing platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance-driven SDLC requirements like ISO 27001 or SOC2.
• Experience with DX metrics frameworks such as DORA or SPACE.
