What you will do

• Design, document, and maintain end-to-end software development processes (coding standards, branching, testing, release management, deployment).
• Collaborate with engineering managers, team leads, and product teams to gather best practices and drive adoption of tooling and processes.
• Convert complex technical workflows into clear documentation and visual aids (flowcharts, process maps, checklists, templates).
• Evaluate and introduce developer-experience improvements (feature flagging, local dev environments, code quality tools).
• Maintain a central documentation repository (Confluence, Notion, or Git-based) with version control and up-to-date content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Productivity roles.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical standards for diverse audiences.
• English: B2+/C1 level
