Contract Representative

What you will do

• Procure services contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Draft contracts and align terms and conditions with the law department.
• Issue RFPs and negotiate commercial proposals with bidders.
• Create and manage contracts within SAP systems, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Resolve complex problems affecting the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of contracting activities.
• Act as the primary focal point of contact for customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Law, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement/Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
• Proven experience and understanding of drafting contracts for various goods and services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to learn company SAP systems quickly.
