What you will do

• Lead a team of ~20 FTE to ensure safe, efficient on-time and in-full delivery of materials.
• Manage daily and tactical performance, solve issues, define SLAs, and report to internal customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN and 5S+1 projects.
• Plan operations, identify bottlenecks, and align with stakeholders for optimal execution.
• Coach team members, set targets, evaluate performance, and foster a productive environment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Services, LO departments, and external providers.

Requirements

• MBO+ / HBO level in logistics or industrial/business engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leading or coordinating logistics position.
• Experience in dynamic environments; knowledge of warehousing and distribution preferred.
• Enthusiastic people manager with strong interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder skills.
• Analytical mindset, end-to-end process thinking, and communication skills.
• Work in 2-shift support schedule; requires VGB certificate and Known Consignor training.

Nice to have

• SAP (EWM & ECC) knowledge.
