What you will do

• Maintain rotating pool of transport tooling between suppliers and hirify.global locations to secure operational supply.
• Troubleshoot problems in the tooling rotation process.
• Serve as first point of contact for internal material planners.
• Collaborate closely with 3PL service provider.
• Meet agreed delivery requirements with suppliers and factory team.
• Define, work out, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in coordinating/operational planning in supply chain
• Experience driving structural and continuous improvements
• Excellent verbal and written English and Dutch due to contact with Dutch suppliers
• Skilled in Excel
• Operational attitude with constant overview of supply chain processes
• Stakeholder management and customer focus
• Stress resistance in dynamic environment

• Experience with ERP system
