What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management with suppliers and internal customers.
• Monitor and follow up on supplier agreements and performance indicators to secure materials availability.
• Manage short-term materials availability performance and resolve stagnations and issues.
• Proactively handle supply of parts portfolio, analyzing demand changes and implementing actions like supply investigations and replenishment optimization.
• Participate in supplier improvement projects and drive operational improvement plans.
• Coach and train suppliers on hirify.global systems, processes, and tools; apply LEAN for process improvements.
• Analyze and report on materials availability, understanding MRP logic and supply chain dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 2-5 years relevant experience in logistics/supply chain management, preferably in high-tech, low-volume environment.
• Experience with planning, Inbound Supply Chain Management, material planning, and ERP systems like SAP.
• Good knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain flows, and MRP planning systems.
• Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and production supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, time/priority management skills; team player, proactive, stress-resistant.
