What you will do

• Lead organic search and AI discovery strategies across a portfolio of B2B clients
• Shape GEO and AEO frameworks to improve AI-generated visibility and citations
• Oversee technical SEO programmes including migrations, audits and site restructures
• Partner with PR, content and development teams to strengthen authority and discoverability
• Support new business pitches, proposition development and account growth opportunities

Requirements

• Significant agency-side SEO leadership experience within B2B environments
• Strong technical SEO expertise including crawl analysis, indexation and site performance
• Knowledge of AI-driven search, LLM visibility and emerging discovery platforms
• Experience with tools including GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial communication skills
