What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end digital strategy for 4-5 key eCommerce brands, taking full responsibility for performance targets and annual roadmaps.
- Translate high-level business goals into tactical levers across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Creative.
- Build authentic, trust-based relationships with Senior Stakeholders and Leadership Teams.
- Act as a hands-on coach and mentor for Associates and Managers to develop their commercial and leadership skills.
- Co-design and own internal training sessions, playbooks, and templates to standardize best practices.
- Integrate AI tools into workflows to optimize high-level strategy and mentor the team in AI adoption.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of Account Management and Strategy experience in an agency or in-house setting, specifically within eCommerce/Retail.
- Proven experience leading, empowering, and coaching a professional team.
- Expertise in building integrated, full-funnel media plans that align with commercial business goals.
- Proficiency in performance forecasting, budget pacing, and delivering reporting based on CAC, ROAS, and revenue.
- Ability to lead strategy sessions and pitch for growth to key decision-makers.
- Must be based in or able to work from London to fulfill hybrid office requirements.
