What you will do

• Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed project plans with risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage large cross-functional teams, including programmers, artists, game designers, and QA.
• Coordinate communications between team members, company departments, and external client stakeholders.
• Plan team capacity and monitor performance through regular reports and feedback loops.
• Support team growth via Career Development plans and contribute to the hiring process through interviews.

Requirements

• Experience across all project phases from initial idea to final release.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people.
• Experience working with external clients to establish collaborative, high-trust relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables under pressure.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Direct experience in the GameDev industry.
