TL;DR

Marketing Director (SaaS): Leading the global marketing organization to drive B2B growth and pipeline generation with an accent on performance marketing, AI-driven operations, and commercial discipline. Focus on building scalable demand generation systems, optimizing digital channels, and aligning marketing strategy with Sales and Product teams.

Location: Hybrid (Leiden, Netherlands). Must be residing within commuting distance of Leiden.

hirify.global is a high-growth SaaS platform enabling businesses to scale their e-commerce presence across multiple channels.

What you will do

  • Lead the global marketing function, focusing on pipeline generation and measurable commercial impact.
  • Define and execute a B2B growth strategy across events, digital, PR, and partner marketing.
  • Manage and optimize demand generation channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social.
  • Integrate AI into the marketing operating model to enhance quality and output efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on positioning and go-to-market launches.
  • Lead and develop a team of 11 marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies, including senior leadership.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation and performance-driven marketing.
  • Experience in product marketing and partnering with Product teams.
  • AI-fluent leadership with experience driving AI adoption within a marketing team.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven approach and ability to influence at the C-level.
  • Must be currently residing within commuting distance of Leiden, Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, or brand-side marketing.
