Salary: $54,000–$70,000 base + 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Supervise projects from planning to delivery, ensuring deliverables and schedules meet customer expectations.
• Liaise between internal departments (Sales, Contracts, Production) and external clients to facilitate information flow.
• Track project milestones and tasks using Cloud Coach to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage project documentation, including agendas, meeting notes, and status summaries.
• Oversee environmental alerts for quality control and provide detailed reporting to Program Managers.
• Ensure timely revenue recognition through successful project planning and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, GIS, or a similar field.
• Must be based in or able to work out of the Rochester, NY office.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to have

• Previous geospatial experience.
• Ability to quickly learn applications such as ArcGIS (ESRI ArcMap), database programs, and Salesforce.com.
