Salary: $61,800–$67,000 per year

What you will do
- Conduct data screening and entry into project records; retrieve documents as needed.
- Assist with FOIA requests, litigation responses, and preliminary document determinations.
- Attend and document project meetings, decisions, and action items.
- Draft, review, and modify project documents including reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Support public information distribution, including written communications and public meetings.
- Handle full-cycle logistics for public, tribal, and agency meetings.
- Compile research on projects, policies, and stakeholder positions; maintain contact lists.
- Prepare project-related mailings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental studies, public policy, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience or familiarity with federal land management agencies or regulatory bodies, preferably in energy or technology industries in North America
- Strong oral communication and technical writing skills; attention to detail
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) for tables, formatting, and data management
- Ability to travel required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)

- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act, and similar statutes
