What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from creating and sending proposals to final invoicing and payment collection.
• Coordinate all onsite logistics and act as the primary coordinator for client requirements.
• Supervise employees and subcontractors during the installation, servicing, and re-calibration of equipment on client sites.
• Resolve technical communication challenges, including Wi-Fi and cellular troubleshooting, while enforcing security requirements.
• Perform remote data management of installed equipment and provide regular progress updates to clients.
• Maintain professional daily interactions with staff, clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience required.
• 5+ years of professional service experience required.
• Prior experience with calibration of equipment required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to train others on specific logistical requirements.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience.
