What you will do

• Perform quality control reviews of daily deliverables relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring deliverables are completed within established SLAs.
• Prepare ad hoc deliverables and reports as defined in service level agreements.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, and fund managers following high-quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members regarding daily tasks and processes.
• Support management in department initiatives, risk mitigation projects, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in customer or client service.
• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities.

• Professional designations such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
