What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for auto insurance claims, managing the FNOL process.
• Investigate customer needs and ensure accurate claim information is captured and entered into the system.
• Handle incoming calls and emails to provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Initiate vehicle inspections and rental car setups to progress the claims process.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency and research.
• Support workload surges and catastrophe operations, including significant overtime during designated events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of customer contact experience in a phone-intensive call center environment.
• Ability to obtain (AIC) certification within 30 days of start date.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Windows environments and ability to multi-task (talk and type simultaneously).
• Ability to use and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and compliance.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in insurance claims adjusting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
