TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (Angular/Node.js): Designing and developing scalable full stack applications for core Insurance Booking Systems with an accent on high-performance SPAs and secure backend services. Focus on integrating pricing engines, policy systems, and implementing resilience patterns in a cloud-native AWS environment.

Location: Hybrid / Dublin (3 days onsite)

Salary: €650 – €750+ per day (Inside IR35)

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications supporting core Insurance Booking Systems.
• Build responsive, modular, and high-performance SPAs using Angular (v10+).
• Develop secure backend services using Node.js with REST and GraphQL.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications on AWS ECS (Fargate).
• Implement API integrations with pricing engines, policy systems, CRM platforms, and third-party aggregators.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK and ensure high-quality, test-driven delivery.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Angular, including modules, RxJS, and NgRx.
• Strong Node.js experience with REST API design and backend best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS Fargate, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, RDS/DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Previous experience working within insurance domains or insurance policies is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working within regulated financial services environments.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP principles.
