What you will do

• Architect and deliver end-to-end syshirify.globals, including internal developer tooling and platform services.
• Improve and extend core platforms and developer experience tooling to streamline the build, test, and deploy cycles.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new workflows and automation to enhance operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Designers to scope high-impact infrastructure solutions.
• Lead the team through code reviews, mentorship, and championing engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior or Staff Engineer in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven ability to design and build complex syshirify.globals and developer tooling at scale.
• Deep expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in developing responsive and performant front-ends using React.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and make technical decisions with incomplete information.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy sector or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in data engineering with tools like ClickHouse, dbt, or Omni.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing or agentic/AI-driven syshirify.globals.
