What you will do

• Design, architect, and build performant, scalable applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Manage and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically leveraging Lambda, RDS, and SQS for security and reliability.
• Own solutions end-to-end, from gathering requirements with end-users to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare delivery and patient care.
• Leverage AI and agentic coding to drive development efficiency and ensure codebase excellence.
• Develop a variety of projects, including inventory management and chatbot rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and relational databases.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and enhancing AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience or interest in e-commerce, API design, and agentic coding.
• Must be based in the UK.
