What you will do

• Develop features and improvements for the hirify.global Elements product primarily using TypeScript and React.
• Architect and build scalable, secure, and performant microservices in AWS cloud-native environments.
• Analyze highly complex data to provide actionable technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX stakeholders to maintain high quality in a fast-paced iterative environment.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to organizational improvements in processes and tooling.
• Own complex features and advocate for product quality, security, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Expertise in AWS cloud computing and deploying microservices.
• Proven ability to diagnose and prevent performance and optimization problems.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including the C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and effective application of Test Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust, Dart, C#, Java, or Golang.
• Experience designing external SDKs, APIs, and CLIs.
• Domain expertise in decentralized identity solutions and cryptography.
