What you will do

• Deliver critical projects for the creative production and management tool to provide high value to customers.
• Mentor the team and lead software development best practices through rigorous code and tech spec reviews.
• Architect scalable web APIs, component libraries, and backend systems to meet roadmap goals.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to implement and iterate on high-impact end-to-end product experiences.
• Identify and resolve system-wide performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
• Conduct technical interviews to identify and attract high-performing candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building high-performance web applications with outstanding UX.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and AWS.
• Must be located anywhere in North America.
• Experience with relational databases and key-value stores.
• Strong expertise in writing unit and end-to-end tests.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing web application performance across the entire stack.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in asset management and creation.
• Experience with Generative AI.
