What you will do

• Lead technical discussions for OCS vendor engagement and integration.
• Configure OCS data models including Plan ID, Account ID, Quota, Balance, and Credit lifecycles.
• Integrate OCS with Entitlement Servers and PCRF using Diameter protocols (Ro, Gy, Gx).
• Develop account provisioning flows and implement quota management APIs.
• Manage product catalogues, including plans, bundles, and add-ons.
• Handle production deployment, failover configuration, and load testing for OCS.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of telecom charging and billing engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with OCS platforms (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Netcracker).
• Proficiency in Diameter protocol debugging and online charging architecture.
• Experience with REST API integration and SQL for billing data models.
• Fluent English proficiency

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3GPP charging standards (TS 32.240, 32.251, 32.299).
• Experience with MVNO billing models or telecom operators.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and tooling.
• Understanding of Kubernetes for OCS component deployment.
• Experience with eSIM provisioning (GSMA SGP.22, SM-DP+).
