What you will do

• Handle performance management, RF optimization, and capacity planning for LTE & 5G networks.
• Optimize RAN features, air interface parameters, and radio resource management.
• Manage mobile network lifecycles including modernization, swap, and roll-out.
• Monitor RAN KPIs and implement optimization parameters to increase network capacity.
• Work with multi-vendor equipment such as Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia.
• Utilize planning tools including ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, and U2020.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a similar field.
• Expertise in 2G/3G/4G/5G NR networks and 3GPP specifications.
• Background in communications theory, RF basics, NB-IoT, VoLTE, WCDMA, and GSM.
• English: B2 level mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Portugal.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or Spanish.
• Knowledge of Open-Ran protocols.
• Skills in BI, Data Processing, SQL, and Scripting (Python).
