What you will do

• Support and troubleshoot enterprise Linux systems (SUSE, RHEL, Ubuntu) and propose structured performance improvements.
• Manage on-premises infrastructure and VMware virtualization platforms for critical workloads.
• Operate within OT environments, supporting infrastructure interfaced with SCADA systems in renewable energy generation.
• Develop reliable automation scripts using Bash and Python for system integration and configuration management.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and observability across hybrid infrastructure.
• Diagnose low-level system failures across TCP/IP, memory, storage, and physical hardware layers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Linux (SUSE, RHEL, or Ubuntu) and VMware administration.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and legacy production systems.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OS internals, and hardware interaction.
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in renewable energy or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of OT security and network segmentation.
• Exposure to SCADA-connected environments and industrial hardware integration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud.
