What you will do

• Provide second-line support for SMS, MMS, and SMS Firewall services.
• Review and optimize internal and external operational processes to increase repair efficiency.
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure network and service availability.
• Manage incident response and planned works in coordination with Customer Care.
• Cooperate with vendors, monitoring performance and ensuring proper service delivery.
• Participate in the rollout of new network services in collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in telecom, specifically in Messaging, Signaling, or Roaming.
• Deep knowledge of SS7/SIGTRAN, LTE, GSM call flows, and roaming scenarios.
• Operational proficiency with Linux.
• Familiarity with ITU/ETSI standards.
• English: Upper-intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or ICT.
• Experience with HTTPS APIs, MMS, Kibana, or Openmind software.
• Knowledge of Docker and DevOps tools (Ansible, CI/CD, Splunk, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Scripting skills using Python.
