Senior Python Engineer

What you will do

• Collaborate with product owner, architect, and team to clarify needs, participate in technical discussions, and define solutions.
• Design, implement, and deliver new features for Search Engine and Catalog API.
• Promote test automation including unit, integration, e2e, and performance tests.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Deploy applications on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and incident coordination while maintaining applications and reducing technical debt.

Requirements

• English as working language with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Good understanding of data structures, clean code, and design patterns.
• Interest in DevOps philosophy.
• 5+ years of software development experience preferred.
• Experience with Flask/FastAPI, relational/non-relational databases, and frontend (preferably React).
• Willing to learn on the job and build relationships empathetically.
