What you will do

• Lead day-to-day testing efforts, provide guidance to team, allocate resources, and create detailed test plans for functional, E2E, back-end/API testing.
• Review requirements, support external UAT cycles, triage defects, perform root cause analysis, and monitor progress with risks/escalations.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and external customers on scope, dependencies, and quality deliverables; participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Enhance testing processes, train/mentor testers, provide input on automation, and create execution/defect dashboards.
• Identify continuous improvements focused on testing quality and reducing defect leakage.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years in Test Lead/leadership role; expertise in manual (functional, integration, E2E, regression) and automation testing.
• Experience in client-facing roles, Waterfall/Agile; strong analytical skills for test scenarios.
• Testing mobile applications; thrive in fast-paced environments; excellent communication.
• AI fluency: use AI tools daily for productivity, with judgment and data security awareness.
