What you will do

• Define risk-based test strategies across unit, integration, API, UI, security, and performance scopes.
• Design and execute UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (C#/.NET) and build API tests with xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Leverage AI tools like Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate test case design and data generation.
• Build Grafana dashboards and implement synthetic monitoring to track uptime and performance KPIs.
• Partner with SRE and DevOps teams to enhance SLIs/SLOs and ensure release health.
• Identify and document defects, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing, with 2+ years focused on automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver (preferably C#/.NET) and modern test patterns.
• Solid knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server) for test data management and validation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Grafana for telemetry.
• Exposure to synthetic monitoring or performance testing tools like k6.
• Familiarity with Playwright, service virtualization, or contract testing.
• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments with on-call participation.
